Occupational Certificate: Security Officer

An entry-level programme intended for individuals seeking to enter the private security industry. It comprises compulsory knowledge modules, practical modules and work experience modules and focuses on patrol activities, access control and asset protection. The programme is appropriate for developing disciplined, industry-ready learners who can perform core operational duties in line with legal, regulatory and workplace standards.
Delivery: Approximately 30% theory-based training and 70% workplace practical exposure. Theory delivery covers core occupational knowledge, legal and regulatory requirements, operational procedures, safety awareness, reporting standards and professional conduct.

CCTV Surveillance Operator Training

Delivery: Blended delivery combining theoretical instruction, simulated control room exercises and practical equipment training. Emphasis is placed on observation discipline, situational awareness, accurate reporting and adherence to legal and ethical standards governing surveillance.
